Quagen Crypto

Quagen Crypto (or libquagen) is a proprietary package built for post-quantum cryptography (PQC), it offers command-line utilities as well as numerous foreign function interface (FFI) capabilities for C and Rust languages. It combines peer-reviewed NIST-standard code with an easy-to-use interface for applications to be built on top of. Below are some of the algorithms it supports:

Key Encapsulation Mechanisms (KEMs)

• ML-KEM (Module-Lattice-Based Key-Encapsulation Mechanism), previously known as CRYSTALS-Kyber and now standardised within the FIPS 203 publication released on August 13, 2024
• Classic McEliece

Digital Signature Algorithms (DSAs)

• ML-DSA (Module-Lattice-Based Digital Signature Algorithm), previously known as CRYSTALS-Dilithium and now standardised within the FIPS 204 publication released on August 13, 2024
• SLH-DSA (Stateless Hash-Based Digital Signature), previously known as SPHINCS+ and now standardised within the FIPS 205 publication released on August 13, 2024
• FALCON
